How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, then tap Confyde to cancel.
Where is my data stored?
All journal entries are stored locally on your device. Confyde does not upload your entries to any server. See the privacy policy for full details.
How do I delete all my data?
Open Confyde, go to Settings, and tap "Delete all data." This clears the local database immediately. Uninstalling the app also removes all local data permanently.
What information does Confyde collect about how I use the app?
Confyde collects anonymized product analytics (via PostHog) and crash reports (via Sentry) to help us improve the app. This includes events like screen views, feature taps, and subscription activity, tied only to an anonymized subscription ID. Your journal entries, mood selections, and personal information are never included. See the privacy policy for full details.
